How do I get started?
It’s simple! Send us an inquiry with your event details, and we’ll help you choose the experience that best fits your celebration. Once your date and package are confirmed, we’ll take care of the details so you can focus on enjoying your special day.
How far in advance should I inquire?
We recommend reaching out 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and popular event dates. However, we’re always happy to accommodate last-minute celebrations when availability allows.
Do you cater to outdoor events?
Absolutely! We can accommodate select outdoor events as long as there is a covered, level area with access to power and protection from direct sun, wind, rain, and extreme temperatures. This helps us provide the best experience for you and your guests while protecting our equipment.
What areas do you serve?
LMomento Co. proudly serves Houston, Spring, The Woodlands, and surrounding areas. Events outside our standard service area may be available with an additional travel fee—just send us your event details and we’ll be happy to discuss!
How do I reserve my date?
Ready to make some memories? Simply submit an inquiry with your event details. Once we confirm availability and your package selection, you’ll receive your booking information and agreement. Your date is officially reserved once your contract is signed and retainer is received.
Is a deposit required?
Yes! A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date, the remaining balance due prior to your event. Full payment details and deadlines will be included in your booking agreement.
Do you cater to corporate and pop up events?
Absolutely! From corporate celebrations and brand activations to pop- ups and community events, We’d love to be part of it. We can customize your Photo Booth experience to complement your event, brand and overall vision.
